Digi-Dinos MuBu Projects

New Walk Museum’s famous dinosaur and geology galleries are currently undergoing a major refurbishment. The new galleries, set to open in Spring/Summer 2011, will include objects never seen before including a new type of plesiosaur, a sea-going reptile from the Jurassic Period, alongside old favourites such as the 165 million year old Rutland Dinosaur.

To support the new gallery Leicester Arts & Museums Service are working on two Mubu supported projects, a series of video podcasts and a story sack for use with visiting groups to the new galleries.  Find out more about the project though our blogs.
